We wish to introduce you to a product that is the total answer to problems encountered with wood and pressed paper coil separators. This separator is made of an inner core of rigid plastic and an exterior of flexible plastic.

The soft surface allows coil edges to embed in a cushion that prevents edge damage.

One 4” or 6” segment will support over 5,000 Lbs. with only one percent (1%) compression. Pressed paper and most types of wood will compress under this weight. This means no more dangerously leaning or falling stacks.

Wood and pressed paper have serious drawbacks. REPLASTEC metal coil separators solve these problems by eliminating moisture, dust, flaking, splintering, uneven sizing, wood sap, compression and sawing. The best part is that our separators are less costly than pressed paper and less costly than wood when expensive labor-intensive sawing is considered.
