ITW Plastic Packaging slip sheets are a solid extruded plastic sheet with dual COF. The top side has a high coefficient of friction (COF) allowing the product to stick to the sheet. The bottom of the sheet has a smooth finish and lower COF allowing the sheet to move easily and not stick when double stacked.

ITW Plastic Packaging can manufacture a large range of slip sheet sizes depending on your application.

Sheets come in three grades: Dry, Cold, and Freezer, depending on the product, and shipping and storing environment and product shipping. It is very important to choose the right grade sheet for maximum efficiency of sheet.

SLIP SHEET STANDARD GRADES

DRY SHEET = 45° F or above
COLD SHEET = 33° F to 40° F
FREEZER SHEET = 32° F or below
